The 24 hour public boat runs every 10 minute until 11:00pm. By night the frequency decreases.
Getting to Embarkation point of Piazzale Roma:
By Foot: The embarkation point in Piazzale Roma is on the left side of Calatrava Bridge. If you have the Car terminal on your back, go straight until the Calatrava Bridge and on the left side you will see the embarkation point Piazzale Roma, go straight until the mooring point letter “E” from where the public boat line number 3 - 4.1 or 4.2 and 3 starts. You can reach the islands also from “San Zaccaria” landing stage in St. Mark’s Square, you will arrive in “Fondamenta Nuove” stop taking the public boat number 12 and then you will go to the islands or you can go directly to Fondamenta Nove stop.
